WHAT IS THE PROCESS LIKE AND
HOW DID MY CLIENTS GROW?

Paige is the one of the most selfless people that I know.
Paige is the one of the most selfless people that I know. Not only through this process, but in everyday life, she is quick to check in, to send notes in the mail when she is thinking of me, or just to send a quick text to say she is praying. It is evident that God is first in her life, and she leans on Him to guide her. She is funny, but humble and completely keeps it real with me. I am honored to have her, not only as a prayer warrior, but as a sister in Christ and one of my dearest friends.
I didn’t realize how much negative self talk
I didn’t realize how much negative self talk I was allowing in, without even knowing it. My son has been struggling with ADHD for a while, and it was really brought to light to me, during this process I was walking with Paige. She helped me see how the enemy was creeping in, and gave me strategies to implement when I started to feel “less than” as a mom.
I loved knowing there was someone cheering me on
I loved knowing there was someone cheering me on checking on me regularly, and encouraging me! It gave me something positive to focus on each day and I loved how organized Paige was with her process.
I didn’t realize the impact of simply not picking my phone up
I didn’t realize the impact of simply not picking my phone up first thing in the morning or using it to go to sleep each night would have on my life. I have enjoyed this buffer of time that allows me to get my mind right in the morning before work and allows me uninterrupted time with my husband each night before bed. I will definitely continue this behavior.
I love how positive Paige is!
I love how positive Paige is! She is upbeat and gives practical and easy tips to implement the changes!! Thanks so much Paige!
Paige’s positivity
Paige’s positivity in her responses to any question or comment encouraged me to complete the task.
The thing that I appreciate the most about Paige, is the heart that she puts into her work.
The thing that I appreciate the most about Paige, is the heart that she puts into her work. Her passion for using her past experiences to help women flows so freely from her. I love that she took the time to listen as I spoke, and then prayed for God to guide us through this journey together.
My big aha moment was just getting on a schedule.
My big aha moment was just getting on a schedule. I was not the person I wanted to be. Planning my day takes time for me, I was always worried about everything and everybody else but myself! Now I’m more focused on myself, and trying to be organized.
I appreciated the weekly check ins
I appreciated the weekly check ins and words of encouragement the most. Paige was always very quick to respond and very resourceful in finding tips, quotes, etc to help me along the way. I also liked the fact that she ties it all into God’s word which helps strengthen my faith. N.C.
Implementing the process was challenging
Implementing the process was challenging to me at first, just like everything else when you are making a change in your life, but when Paige gave me the tools and materials I needed, it was much easier to accomplish! I do recommend it to anyone! It will change your life!
When the day starts spiraling out of control
When the day starts spiraling out of control with kids and work or even both I feel more mentally calm and centered. I do not flip out as easily. This training has given me a lot of perspective already and I can't wait to see what the remaining weeks bring!
Paige is down to earth and easy to interact with.
Paige is down to earth and easy to interact with. She is filled with a contagious energy that is inspiring. She is passionate and in tune with her calling. She comes alongside women in an approachable manner as one who understands the struggle. Thanks Paige for all of your hard work!
Paige worked to assess a need,
Paige worked to assess a need, developed a big picture strategy and end result, but broke it down into bite sized steps that were each attainable and done at a sustainable pace. Knowing what to focus on each week gave me encouragement and a sense of accomplishment. I also love the attention she gives to teaching through videos, podcasts, blog posts.
I loved taking on one thing a week
I loved taking on one thing a week I loved taking on one thing a week and knowing ahead of time how to plan and implement the little changes. My favorite habits were practicing gratitude, the water challange, and no phone use before bed and first thing when I wake up. On the days I start off with these little changes I feel more in control of my day and my thoughts.
I loved the process.
I loved the process. It starts out with a detailed questionnaire that really makes you evaluate where you are at. After the form is completed, the initial discovery was a chance for her to dig in, and get to know me better. From there, she took her skills, and was able to apply her strategies to meet me where I am.
I became a lot more aware of negative influences
I became a lot more aware of negative influences that were driving my behaviors and feelings. I learned how to identify these negative influences and was given tools to spin my daily life in a positive direction of growth. One specific area was the area of negative thinking patterns. I did not realize how deeply negative thoughts had taken root in my daily life and were affecting the ways I looked at the world around me. I realized that I had been unconsciously “collecting” negative thoughts and experiences each day to justify the struggle and affirm the belief that “things are just hard.” Though this is an area I will continue to work on, being aware of this tendency and knowing what to do to shift my thinking when I fall into the trap of negativity provided a hopeful strategy that has already made a huge difference in my daily life.
Paige is a strong woman that inspires me to be better.
Paige is a strong woman that inspires me to be better. She showed me how real things are behind the highlight reel of social media, and life can happen to everybody. Paige showed me her love by checking on me which made me feel so loved. Thank you so much for everything.
I grew up in an abusive family
I grew up in an abusive family which led to me having abusive relationships and not having a relationship with God. Then the real “aha” moment was Paige’s 4th Quarter challenge. God was working on me all this time. I have more energy, I am more aware of what I put into my mouth, I make conscious decisions of exercising, eating, drinking, and letting myself know that I am worthy of being respected, worthy of working for my dreams, and worthy of loving myself.
Paige is very kind and uplifting.
She inspires me to become a better version of myself. I love her positive attitude and willingness to help others navigate through life’s challenges.
She has the most beautiful smile and glow about her.
She has the most beautiful smile and glow about her. God has gifted her with such a love and glow that draws people in to want to learn what she is teaching. Paige’s passion and enthusiasm helps me through each challenge.
I appreciated everything
I appreciated everything because working all together made me comfortable and not feel that I was the only person that’s going through stuff in my life. Just knowing that you are there and connected with me makes me feel better. You sharing your stories made it real, and you not pretending that your life is perfect was the key for true connection with me.
